Ordering from the HakShop

General Information

Contact Us about an order.

If you do not receive an email confirmation for your order, please check your spam box then contact us. A confirmation email will be sent to you within 2 business days of your transaction.

You will receive a second email regarding tracking information as soon as your order has been shipped from our office. E-Check orders must be held until payment is received. Orders are generally shipped next business day (Monday through Friday PST). If we are away from the shop for vacation or convention coverage, we will update our blog or our twitter.

Observed Holidays - USPS and UPS orders will not be sent out during these days. Expect delays.

Please verify your shipping address! If this is not correct, email shop@hak5.org ASAP so we can change the shipping address for you.

Frequently Asked Questions
  • Can I order with a credit or debit card? I don't want to use paypal!
    • Yes! When you add something to your cart, click on the “Check Out” button. When the next screen loads, choose “Pay with Bill Me Later®, Debit or Credit Card. Pay with your debit or credit card as a PayPal Guest” option, and enter your credit card number. All orders are secure and we never see any of your credentials except your name and shipping address. You will be able to choose your shipping option before completing your purchase.
  • This size / product / device is out of stock? When will you have more in stock?
    • Some of our products sell out fast! If you don't see it now, sign up for a notification using the green button found on out of stock product pages. This notification will ONLY email you if more of the item are added to our inventory.
  • Will you be coming out with more products?
  • I don't see my country in the drop down menu while checking out. What gives?
    • Since we do our checkout through PayPal, we are not able to currently ship to some countries. This is because PayPal isn't accepted in the entire world. It takes time for PayPal to branch out to other countries because of the difference in financial regulations and other issues, but they are slowly adding new places. PayPal will release information when they add new countries to their list, but until then, we must wait. Unfortunately we are unable to ship to some countries.
  • Will you sign or autograph _____ for me?
    • Sure! Just add a "Note to Seller" during the checkout process. You can also request a change of address using this.
  • I'm having issues with my corporate credit card and I'm not allowed to order through Paypal for my business. Help!
    • Generally, if you have a corporate credit card, you'll need to get someone in management to do an override on the order to let it go through. The purchase code for our electronics may give your card an error. Management will have to go in to do an override to allow the transaction to go through. Also, if this doesn't work for you, we can also send an invoice through Paypal or have you send a money order. We cannot accept personal checks or credit card numbers over the phone or via pickup (this is for your own security!).
  • How do I change my billing address?
    • This process must be done on the Paypal website by the customer before checkout, unfortunately we do not have the power to change it on our storefront.
  • How do I change my shipping address?
    • This too, must be done by the customer on the Paypal website before checkout. If you cannot change it on the Paypal website yourself, please email us at shop@hak5.org to change it for you.
  • How do I change my shipping carrier and speed?
    • Go to our shipping page and follow the steps at the bottom of the page. You'll see a group of screen captures that show a checkout in progress. Follow those images, and you'll find the exact amount you'll pay for each shipping option. Please note: large orders and clothing do not fit in the Small Flat Rate box. If this is an option for your order, please choose another one. The Small Flat Rate Box can only be used for electronics orders.
  • How do I use my coupon code?
    • You will be able to add your coupon code to your order during your checkout process. There will be a field for it on the same page that you choose your shipping carrier.

Is our store legit? Yes! Our tools are specially hand crafted and designed to aid penetration testers in vulnerability assessments where permission to do so has been granted. We have it on good authority that some of these tools has been used by various government agencies to aid in law enforcement. They comply with FCC regulations and do not harm baby seals. Check your local laws before attempting to use outside authorized environments. Hak5, LLC and those affiliated are not responsible for your actions.
