Another Wifi Pineapple Update!

 UPDATE (March 27): We've received our Wifi Pineapple Mark IV routers and are working on the firmware and packaging for all of the backorders. We plan to have all of the backorders shipped by the end of the week. Shipping information will be sent to the email address you ordered with as soon as your package is shipped. Backorders from earlier in the month will be shipped before orders made in the past few days (first in, first out!). Thank you for your patience!

Wifi Pineapple Pre-Order Update!

I wanted to give everyone an update on our expected ship date for Pre-Orders. Our Wifi Pineapple Mark IV routers are currently being shipped from the manufacturer. We expect this shipment to arrive early next week (by March 28th). Orders with item code "wp-mk4-pre-order" will ship as soon as these have been received and flashed with the Pineapple firmware. Please give us time to fulfill backorders, as it may take several business days. We expect to have all back orders shipped to our customers by (hopefully) March 30th. Thank you for your patience!

Shipping Rates and Shmoocon 2012!

The USPS postal rates have increased for 2012 throughout the United States, and because of this we have increased our shipping rates. The rates for the United States haven't increased dramatically, but priority shipping to international countries has increased by a few dollars USD. We still suggest that you use Priority USPS for all shipments, instead of the slower First Class USPS that doesn't have tracking.

Our UPS rates haven't changed, and are still calculated depending on location and weight.

As a reminder, UPS comes with automatic insurance and tracking, while USPS does not.

Shipping is calculated during checkout, before the order is processed, and you have the option to choose either carrier.



Now for the good news!!

We will be at Shmoocon 2012 in Washington, DC again this year and we will be sponsoring the convention as well! We will have a table set up with all of our favorite electronic goodies for sale, plus a few specials and some new items. Keep an eye on Hak5 for our interviews and coverage of Shmoocon as well.

CES Shipping Delay

The entire Hak5 team will be at CES in Las Vegas for Monday, January 9th - Friday, January 13th. You can still order from our store as normal, but please take the shipping delay into consideration when choosing your carrier during checkout.

Orders will resume shipping on Tuesday, January 17th 2011. You won't receive a shipping confirmation until that time.

Holiday Shipping Guide

 

Tis the holiday season, and with that comes our shipping guide for orders to arrive by Christmas!

Please keep these deadlines in mind when making orders for Christmas Day.

Orders will not be shipping on November 24th (Thanksgiving).

If ordering a backordered product, please keep in mind that these will ship when we receive the product on a first come, first serve basis with older orders being shipped first. We cannot guarantee a backordered product will arrive before Christmas.

All USPS and UPS Ground delivery times are estimates. These shipping times are not guaranteed.

For fastest service, please choose UPS. UPS orders are traceable worldwide and come with insurance.

USPS orders are not insured and cannot be traced after leaving the United States.
